This second row ocean home offers four bedrooms, four and a half baths and can accommodate up to 10 eager vacationers comfortably. The main floor boasts an open floor plan with a large welcoming kitchen with granite countertops and great appliances. It is perfect for whipping up a quick poolside snack or an entire family feast. There is a lovely dining room with a large table and built in wine rack conveniently located in the center of the main floor. The dining room flows directly into the spacious family room, complete with a pool table, large television, wet bar and fireplace. It’s a grand place to spend a late evening or wait out any inclement weather (but really, we never have bad weather on Hilton Head Island!)

An office with a comfy sleeper sofa and a lovely half bath round out the first floor. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and another with a queen bed, both sporting their own full sized baths and a nice sized master bedroom boasting a king sized bed and large well decorated bath. The master bedroom also offers a nice view of the private pool.

Back down stairs, you can access the expansive deck via a kitehen door or the family area. The deck is great for family cookouts, allowing another great view of the pool. A relaxing hot tub makes it home on the deck, perfect for an evening soak. Off the deck is a nicely appointed mother-in-law suite, for some added privacy, or maybe even the in-laws!

Inside, make the climb up to the third floor widows walk and take in a view of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset while making plans for your next day in paradise.

The Atlantic and our white sand beaches is a short walk or bike ride away, but you may not want to leave the private pool and your won personal Tiki Bar. The pool can be heated upon request, and is a great size for your family and friends. The Tiki Bar quite possibly may be the most popular spot in this Gem Home. It’s decorated with palm frons and old pictures, giving it the feel of an island oasis during the 1040’s and 50’s. The relaxing atmosphere is enhanced with it’s own private sauna, making it a great place to swap stories, sing or just sweat in silence.
